With a deep passion for eldercare, Mary Ann Meyer is committed to building strong, compassionate relationships with residents, families, and healthcare organizations. As Director of Admissions for our Chesterfield location, she takes pride in creating welcoming, supportive environments for individuals transitioning into care.
Some of Mary Ann’s proudest accomplishments, both personally and professionally, have been driven by her dedication to fostering human connections. She believes that successful relationships are the foundation of quality care, and her ability to connect with people on a meaningful level allows her to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Firuca has been dedicated to serving the senior community in Long-Term Care for nearly a decade and truly loves making a difference in their lives. She began her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant and has since taken on various roles, including Social Services, Admissions, Office Manager, and is currently the Administrator for Garden View Care Center of Chesterfield.
Firuca takes great pride in forming meaningful connections with residents, their families, and the staff. She is often seen visiting the residents, accompanied by one of her dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time at home and relaxing with her husband and children.
Candace Cassette

Candace is a warm-hearted, caring and understanding professional. Her goal is to serve as an advocate for residents and families while navigating life’s most difficult decisions. Candace has developed her passion to serve others through both her personal experiences and her expertise developed through her time as the Director of Social Services.
Candace loves being able to provide families with guidance, support, and comfort as they choose their forever home. Her love for the elderly and compassion for others were inspired by her Grandma, and she strives every day to make her proud.
Candace is determined to give back and ensure that Garden View Care Center is the right choice for your loved one.
Alisa Santangelo

Alisa Santangelo is the Administrator at Garden View Care Center at Dougherty Ferry. She has worked with the aging population since high school and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Gerontology. Alisa finds it deeply rewarding to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Garden View has provided Alisa the opportunity to enhance the quality of life for the elderly in a clean, well-managed, and compassionate environment. She is proud to work alongside a team where every staff member genuinely cares about residents and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care.
Amanda Ohlsen
Director of Admissions
Garden View Care Center of O'Fallon
Amanda is a professional healthcare administrator and certified dementia practitioner who has a passion for helping our senior community. She has been in senior living for ten years and specializes in memory care. Amanda graduated from Maryville University where she also showcased her passion for soccer. A sports buff, she can often be found on the ‘pitch’ for a friendly soccer game or cheering loudly from the sideline of her children’s games. Amanda takes pride in serving the community and has a caring approach, always grateful for the opportunity to assist others.

Linda Hagler-Reid

Linda Hagler-Reid serves as the Administrator for Garden View Care Center of O'Fallon. Linda has a heart for senior care and a wealth of experience from her many years working in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities throughout Missouri and Kansas. She holds a Master’s degree from Webster University, and when she’s not at work, she enjoys time with her husband, their children, and their beloved bulldog.
Linda’s leadership, compassion, and unwavering dedication bring momentum to our team and strengthens our commitment to excellence. Under Linda’s guidance, O'Fallon will continue to grow and thrive—while always keeping the well-being of our residents at the center of everything we do.
Jodi Luaders

Jodi has worked in Long-Term Care for over twenty-six years and has a passion for helping seniors and ensuring their life is filled with joy. She started her career as an evening receptionist at a Skilled Nursing Community in high school and never looked back.
She climbed the ladder from receptionist, activities, marketing, Administrator, COO and currently serves as the CEO. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to warm tropical destinations with her husband and children and relaxing at the lake!
Her lifelong dedication to skilled nursing, paired with authentic, hands-on leadership, continues to elevate the lives of residents and the teams who serve them.
Courtney Nieves

Courtney Nieves is a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with nearly 17 years of experience in the long-term care industry. Holding a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Courtney has a diverse background across various operational areas, including Dietary, Activities, Social Services, Admissions, Business Office, Staffing and Administration. Currently, Courtney serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Garden View Care Centers. Prior to this role, she was the Administrator at Garden View Care Center at Dougherty Ferry for seven years, where she led the facility through many successful State and Federal surveys.
Courtney serves as Secretary on the Board of the Missouri Health Care Association and is an active member on the American Health Care Association’s Quality Improvement Committee, Political Action Committee, and Survey & Regulatory Affairs Committee. She regularly advocates for healthcare policy reform in both the Missouri and U.S. Capitol, where she lobbies on critical issues facing the industry. Guided by strong values and a people-first mindset, Courtney is committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering strong leadership, while advocating for both residents and staff.
